Though LeBron James won’t compete with Team USA in the 2016 Summer Olympics, he hasn’t been spending July on the couch.
King James has been on vacation for the past couple of weeks, but he’s still finding time to grind. A couple of days ago, we saw him perform a grueling workout on a VersaClimber machine:

The VersaClimber is a great option for off-season conditioning for NBA players. It recruits nearly every muscle in the body while also keeping impact to a minimum. In addition to the VersaClimber, it looks like LeBron’s workouts also include free weights. Yesterday, he posted a photo of himself performing Dumbbell Curls—shirtless:
“Even on vacation. The grind never stops! I’m addicted to the process. It’s my drug!! #StriveForGreatness,” James wrote in the caption.
LeBron looks lean. It’s obvious that maintaining a lighter frame has become a priority for him at this stage in his career. Lots of commenters have made fun of James for curling “small” dumbbells, but one look at his bulging biceps and hulking traps proves he’s still the physical apex of the NBA.
