Jones-Drew said that in high school and college, he would eat whatever he wanted because his metabolism was so high. As he got older and reached the NFL, good nutrition became more important to him, and he started taking vitamins as supplements. Jones-Drew mentioned fish, broccoli, chicken and pasta as his go-to foods during the season.
Jones-Drew then spoke about how winning is a process, pointing out that the teams competing in Super Bowl XLVII, the 49ers and the Ravens, both had their ups and downs before getting to this point. He says his team is working on getting the right chemistry going.
