On Wednesday, Dec. 22, at 7 p.m. EST, STACK will host a live video chat on the Gatorade Performance Center with Mike Durant, facility director for D1 Sports in Columbus, Ohio. Durant oversees day-to-day operations of D1’s Columbus facility and is responsible for implementing its training programs. He works directly with NFL players A J Hawk, Mike Vrabel and Bobby Carpenter, as well as NHL star Jody Shelley. Durant attended Ohio State University, where he was captain of the baseball team, and he played in the MLB with the Minnesota Twins. He later founded, owned and operated Peak Athletic Development.
Via a live video stream, Durant will be available to answer questions on strength and conditioning, mental and sports skills, preparation and nutrition. Mark your calendars to ensure that you take advantage of this opportunity to learn from one of the preeminent strength coaches in the nation.
