Minecraft Now Debuting on Xbox 360 in June
Initially slated to reach the Xbox 360 at the end of this month, Minecraft has been delayed until June. Larry Hryb, director of programming for Xbox Live, revealed the news via Twitter.

It appears the delay will not affect other countries. Mojang is still contemplating expanding the game to PlayStation 3. In somewhat related news, Minecraft creator Markus “Notch” Persson was recently chosen by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
Lost Planet 3 Pushed Back to August
A month after announcing Lost Planet 3‘s June release date, Capcom has pushed the release date out two more months. The game will now reach gamers on Aug. 27 in North America and Aug. 30 throughout Europe.
Lost Planet 3, a prequel to the two previous installments, will tell the story of utility rig pilot Jim Peyton harvesting Thermal Energy on E.D.N II to scrape together enough money to return home. He’ll have to contend with wild creatures, rough weather and impure motives from within his organization.
New Batman: Arkham Origins Game Announced
Warner Bros has announced plans to release another installment in their Batman: Arkham franchise later this year for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. Batman: Arkham Origins will be a prequel to the games already published in the series. Gamers will have the opportunity to play young Batman as he battles some of Gotham’s most infamous villains for the first time. The title will be released on Oct. 25.
It’s worth noting that Rocksteady Studios will not be involved this time around. Warner Bros has opted to work with an internal team instead. Check out this article for more information and a trailer.
