Think you've got fast feet?

Now's the time to prove it. Reebok wants to find the fastest feet in America and award them with the football getaway of a lifetime.

If you think you've got what it takes, here's what you need to do:

1. Find a line on the ground.
2. Record yourself performing as many two-foot lateral hops over the line as you can in 8 seconds.
3. Post your video to Instagram or Twitter and include the number of hops you performed as well as #FastestFeet and @Reebok. If your submission exceeds 8 seconds, only the hops you performed in the first 8 seconds will count.
4. You can submit entries any time between March 5-26 (click here for full contest details)

You must live in the United States to enter the contest. After March 26, a winner will be chosen based on speed, creativity and style. Their prize will be The Ultimate Gridiron Getaway—a vacation package, which includes a trip for four to the ultimate sports lover's weekend in Dallas (April 26-28) and a private training session with the fast feet king, Luis Badillo Jr.

Lucky for you, Badillo can't enter the contest himself. The Miami-based trainer is known for his furiously fast footwork. Badillo, who's worked with the likes of NFL star Brandin Cooks, shows you exactly how fast in an amazing new spot at the top of this article.

You'd be wise to lace up the Reebok Fast Flexweave before you attempt the challenge. Thanks to Flexweave's innovative figure-8 design, this runner supportively contours to your foot while also being incredibly lightweight, remarkably breathable and fantastically flexible.
