Over the past few months, we have been working diligently to develop a website dedicated to providing basketball players with the information they need to take their games to new heights. We're proud to announce that STACK Basketball has officially launched.

Growing up, every young basketball player looks up to the pros for inspiration and guidance on how to make it to the NBA. With that in mind, we've assembled a group of NBA superstars—including Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard, Steve Nash and Dwyane Wade—who reveal their workouts and show you how they stay in peak physical condition. Growing up, every young basketball player looks up to the pros for inspiration and guidance on how to make it to the NBA. With that in mind, we've assembled a group of NBA superstars—including Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard, Steve Nash and Dwyane Wade—who reveal their workouts and show you how they stay in peak physical condition. There's no better way to prepare for college or the NBA than to train, eat and play like the pros.

Our training section contains a library of exercises to improve your strength, speed and vertical jump—and, most important—to prevent injury. Too often a career is cut short because an athlete gave scant attention to injury prevention. Make sure your time is spent on the court and not on the sidelines, while recruiters offer scholarships to your buddies.

We understand the importance of strong basketball skills to make it to the next level. Guards need the ability to handle the ball in a full-court press.  Forwards and centers require solid moves in the post. And players at every position must have strong shooting and rebounding skills. STACK Basketball has the drills you need to develop these skills and to succeed.

At our extensive nutrition section, you'll learn how to properly fuel your body for growth and recovery. Lack of knowledge causes many athletes to overlook it, but nutrition is a huge piece of the performance puzzle. If you aspire to become an elite basketball player, you must develop sound nutrition habits. Again, STACK has the information you need to eat healthy, stay hydrated and build muscle.
