Well, 2013 is upon us, and that means you've recommitted to working out as one of your New Year's resolutions. The same resolution you made last year. Last year, on Jan. 1, you hit the gym early because your resolution was to get back the body you had in college. Mid-way through January, you were cruising, hitting the weights one day, pumping out cardio the next. Then February hit. A cold knocked you out for a couple of days. A business trip came up. The baby started crying. And as the missed workouts began piling up, excuses became commonplace.
