Odell Beckham Jr. Has a Crazy New Drill to Snag Even More One-Handed Catches
New York Giants star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is well known for his one-handed catches, but his ability to continue to make those spectacular grabs in games does not come naturally. OBJ practices the art of the one-handed catch on a regular basis.

Recently, the 24-year-old posted a video to Twitter of a new one-handed catch drill, and it is very impressive. The 3-time Pro Bowler sits a few yards away from a JUGS Machine, which rockets footballs over his head. OBJ hauls in each ball with one hand. This is not only a great drill to improve one-handed snags, but over-the-shoulder catches, too.

What makes the drill even more impressive is that OBJ isn’t wearing gloves. Beckham hasn’t been attending OTAs with the Giants, which are voluntary, but he has been working out with former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.

At least OBJ is still putting in the work to have a great season. We will probably see him make some spectacular one-handed catches this year.
