Odell Beckham Jr. Morphs Into David Beckham, Scores Ridiculous Goal Against Bayern Munich Keeper
This past weekend, when New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. spent time practicing with FC Bayern Munich, one of Germany’s oldest and most iconic soccer clubs, it was clear he would need grooming if he ever decided to drop American football for world football. As physically gifted and skilled with his feet as Beckham is, place him next to a pro from Bayern and the differences are clear.
Or maybe not so much.

After engaging in some dribbling competitions and kicking the ball around, Beckham got serious and attempted to score on Munich’s keeper—a tall task, unless, of course, you’re a Beckham who can channel the spirit of another Beckham, first name David, into your right leg. Odell blasted the ball into the left corner of the net, putting some Bend-It-Like-Beckham curve on a shot that left the keeper gasping for air and a Bayern player screaming in disbelief.
There is literally nothing Beckham can’t do.
