On Tuesday, Nov. 30, at 7:00 p.m. EST, STACK will host a live video chat on the Gatorade Performance Center with Eric Lichter, director of football performance for The Ohio State University.
Lichter oversees all aspects of the Buckeyes' strength and conditioning program, emphasizing speed, explosiveness and position-specific training. A certified strength and conditioning specialist, he previously spent 10 years in the private sector as a personal trainer and consultant. Focusing on Combine and Draft preparation, Lichter trained more than 50 current NFL and NBA players, including 15 first-round and six Top 10 selections.
Via a live video stream, Lichter will answer questions on strength and conditioning, mental and sports skills, preparation and nutrition. Mark your calendars to ensure that you take advantage of this opportunity to learn from a strength coach who has helped lead the Buckeyes to two BCS runner-up seasons since 2006.
