The above video, from German trainer Karl Ess, shows someone nicknamed “Hannibal” performing a killer workout at an outdoor gym.
He starts off with some Push-Ups on the parallel bars (parallel to the parallel bars), performs an impressive dip variation, and proceeds to do several exercises we’ve never seen, including one that could accurately be described as Reverse Push-Ups. Later, he elevates himself perpendicular to an iron fence. Check out his body position during those flutter kicks.
