Recently “The Cuban Missile” posted on Instagram how much he could bench, and it’s an incredible amount of weight. In the video, the 28-year-old pitcher appears to be putting up 295 pounds on the Bench Press. It should be noted that the spotter might be helping more than he should, but it’s still an impressive lift for a pitcher.
