Pro-Bowl Tight End Travis Kelce to Star in Reality Dating Competition On E! Later This Year
It’s a good time to be Travis Kelce. The tight end is currently in Hawaii for his first Pro Bowl, a few weeks after helping guide the Kansas City Chiefs to the second round of the NFL playoffs.
Next up? Reality TV.
E! has picked up eight episodes of “Catching Kelce,” a show in which the tight end meets 50 different women, one from each state, before eventually whittling down the list to the one who will hopefully become his soulmate. Set in Los Angeles, the show sounds like “The Bachelor,” but with many more female contestants. Also, the women will implement some presumed “strategy” by choosing who will come with them on group dates. Either way, Kelce is the real winner.
Kelce won again when it was announced today that the Chiefs signed him to a five-year contract extension worth $46 million, according to the NFL Network’s Ian Rappaport. The new contract makes him the second highest paid tight end in the league.
It’s good to be Travis Kelce these days.
