Ingredients
- 1 100% Whole Wheat Thomas's Pita Pocket
- 2 slices Center-Cut Bacon (or Turkey Bacon)
- 1 tbsp. Kraft Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Egg Whites
Directions
Scramble egg whites in small bowl. Set a medium frying pan on low flame, spray pan with oil and add eggs, stirring frequently. As the eggs cook, heat the bacon in the microwave for two minutes. Then add crumbled turkey bacon and mix well until the eggs are cooked. Top the pita with cheese and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, cut the pita in half and fill.
Vegetarian? Skip the bacon and add full serving of cheese and one egg.
