Sandwich
- 2 slices Rye Bread
- 1 slice reduced-fat Swiss Cheese
- 2 oz. Boar's Head Roast Beef, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Organic Sauerkraut, drained well
- 1 oz. Greek Yogurt
Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Chili sauce
- 1 tsp. finely minced dill pickle
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Grated onion
Directions
Prepare dressing by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Preheat broiler. Place bread slices in a single layer on a heavy baking sheet. Broil bread one minute or until toasted, then turn bread over and broil for an additional minute or until lightly toasted. Remove, place cheese on bread and broil until cheese melts. Spread dressing over the cheese-coated bread slice; top each serving with Roast beef, sauerkraut, and remaining bread slice. Serve immediately.
