Ingredients
For Sweet Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha (or Hot Sauce)
For Shrimp
- 1/4 lb. small Shrimp, shelled and de-veined
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 1 tsp Canola Oil
- 1 cup shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded Purple Cabbage
Directions
Combine Greek yogurt, Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha (or hot sauce) in small bowl and set aside. Combine lettuce and cabbage on a plate. Coat your shrimp with cornstarch. Heat skillet with oil and add shrimp, stirring until fully cooked. Remove shrimp from pan and combine with sauce. Place on lettuce and serve.
