Quick Review: The Reebok Nano 4.0 Is Great for CrossFit
Thinking about purchasing shoes specifically designed for CrossFit? After two months of WODs, I decided to try the Reebok Nano 4.0s, and I do not regret my decision at all.
Reebok’s RopePro technology allowed me to rope-climb for the first time without tearing up the front and sides of my shoes. They are sturdier and have a harder bottom than everyday workout shoes, but they do not lack comfort. I notice that my feet don’t move around under me while lifting like they did before.
The Nanos have great stability. I notice a difference when preforming WODs with the Nano’s shock absorption versus the shoes I wore before. The only thing I would improve is the grip. While performing Burpees, I felt like I could use more traction.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Reebok Nano 4.0. I feel the difference, and you can too. Help yourself out and purchase a pair here.
