Remix Workouts, which has specialized in “boot camp” fitness sessions for most of its business life, has just released an app that’s ideal for athletes looking for a tough bodyweight workout that never gets boring.

The free app creates a random fitness circuit every time it’s started. The combinations focus on full-body endurance and strength with an emphasis on conditioning.
