Med Ball Stability Holds

Hold a med ball overhead and push it into a wall while balancing on one leg. Have a partner push you from different directions, trying to knock you off balance and testing to see if your muscles are engaged. Hold for the specified duration, then repeat on your opposite leg. 2×30 seconds each leg.
