CrossFitter Scott Panchik Reviews the Reebok CrossFit Lifter and Nano
In two short years of competing, Scott Panchik of Mentor, Ohio, has made quite a name for himself within the CrossFit community. Panchik placed fourth in his debut at last year’s CrossFit Games, and at the recent Central East regionals in Columbus, Ohio, he finished second overall in a field packed with CrossFit veterans such as reigning 2011 and 2012 Games champion Rich Fronning and 2010 champion Graham Holberg. STACK caught up with Panchik at his home box, CrossFit Distinction in Beachwood, Ohio, where he tested the Reebok Lifter and Nano. Both the Lifter (built for Olympic lifts) and the Nano (built for both lifting and endurance) are two models designed specifically for CrossFit. In the video, Panchik discusses the overall performance of each shoe and talks about how the right footwear can save you valuable seconds during a competition.
Keep an eye on Panchik as he goes for his first Games title at this year’s national competition, to be held in Los Angeles on July 22-28.
