Hand Toss Drill
- Assume a ready position at the baseline
- A partner, standing 6-8 feet in front of you, bounces balls randomly around the court
- Adjust your feet to meet the ball and complete a groundstroke
- Continue making forward, backward, and lateral movements to reach each ball
Sets/Reps: 2-4×10-12
Coaching Points: Stay in a ready position by bending your knees and standing on the balls of your feet//When the location of the ball changes, move to the ball and make the necessary adjustments to your swing//Return to ready position after each groundstroke
