Feast your eyes on the last time the Cleveland Browns were in a playoff game.
That's Browns cornerback Chris Akins nearly decapitating Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antwaan Randle El during the 2003 AFC Wild Card game.
Akins was flagged for face masking on the play, and karma came back to bite the Browns.
The Steelers scored 22 points in the fourth quarter to overcome a big deficit and win the game.
Randle El totaled 85 receiving yards in the contest despite the painful incident.
