If Peyton Manning singing “chicken parm, you taste so good” doesn’t play in your head every time you see him, either you don’t own a TV set or you spend your days chopping wood in the forest to keep the chill out of your remote log cabin.

Manning’s infectious Nationwide Insurance jingle has been played over and over again for what seems like years, and the funniest line from the popular spot has now become Super Bowl fuel for the Denver Broncos.

On the Broncos’ flight Sunday from Denver to Santa Clara, California, the site of Super Bowl 50, a Broncos employee tweeted out this photo of the food to be served to players and employees on the plane. The entrée options look like they come from at a five-star restaurant, but the best thing about the menu is the pre-departure meal.

So yeah, the entire Denver Broncos organization chowed down on chicken parmigiana sandwiches before taking off for the west coast. If they find a way to take down the Carolina Panthers next Sunday, it’s will surely be because of their diet.
