'The Mountain' From 'Game of Thrones' Is Preparing For World's Strongest Man Competition With Crazy Kettlebell Throws

'The Mountain' From 'Game of Thrones' is training for the World's Strongest Man competition by throwing progressively heavier kettlebells into the sky.

The 6-foot-9, 400-pound giant has been crowned Europe's Strongest Man twice, but in the World's Strongest Man competition, he's only finished in the top three—also twice. The beast nicknamed "Thor" is hoping that will change this year.

Thor is preparing for WSM by tossing a crazy amount of kettlebell weight high into the sky. We can see the weight on one of the kettlebells, and they appear to get larger as he tosses them—which is ridiculous given how high he is throwing them. But this workout will help him dominate the Keg Toss event at WSM. By the way, Thor already owns the world record for the event.
