In a recent Instagram post, Thor—as he is appropriately nicknamed—shows off his latest Log Lift, a whopping 396 pounds. The 6-foot-10, 420-pound behemoth picks the heavy log off the ground and presses it overhead with relative ease.
He then lets out a terrifying primal scream to celebrate his successful lift, but it’s not what you think. He’s doesn’t drop an F bomb, at least not an English version.
Thor has high expectations for the Log Lift, commenting on the video that we should expect to see heavier reps in the near future. The current world record is 502 pounds, so he still has some work to do.
