In The Right Kind of Wrong, stubborn dreamer Leo Palamino ignores criticism from everyone, even after his ex-wife Julie exposes his flaws to the world in her blog "Why You Suck." Her popular blog turns Leo, a struggling writer, into a celebrity of sorts, although he still lives like a starving artist, working as a dishwasher.
Leo later falls in love with Colette on her wedding day and becomes obsessed with winning her over, no matter how much she protests.
True Blood's Ryan Kwanten stars as Leo, Kristen Hager (Being Human) plays Julie, and Sara Canning, best known for The Vampire Diaries, portrays Colette. The cast also features familiar faces Will Sasso (Life as We Know It) and Catherine O'Hara (Home Alone and Beetlejuice.)
Accomplished television director Jeremiah S. Chechik, whose credits include episodes of Burn Notice and Chuck, directed the picture. The screenplay, written by Megan Martin, was adapted from Tim Sandlin's novel, Sex and Sunsets.
The Right Kind of Wrong heads to theaters in limited release March 14, 2014.
