A single 3/4-cup serving contains 10 grams of sugar and is fairly low in fiber and protein.
Fiber and protein are key for keeping you full, and high amounts of added sugar makes you prone to overeating.
So here we have a food that'll be tough to get "full" on, and if/when you do get full, that feeling won't last very long.
Lucky Charms are also high in several vitamins thanks to their vitamin-fortified nature, but again, you're better off getting your vitamins elsewhere.
