Although honey and ground almonds appear on the ingredients list, this cereal gets most of its flavor from sugar.
They aren't exactly packed with protein or fiber, either, coming in at 2 grams apiece.
However, they do contain 14 grams of whole grains per serving—more than any of the cereals previously listed.
Regularly consuming whole grains has been shown to help reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.
