Time to hit every muscle fiber in your body and light up your metabolism. This fast-paced, explosive full-body workout is sure to get you ripped and in shape fast. In addition, it will work your abs and help burn fat, two crucial aspects ofcflattening your stomach.
This is a “stack-style” circuit, meaning you work the same body part for two exercises in a row.

Warm-Up
- World’s Best Stretch – X 5 ea.
- OH Squat – X10 ea.
- Scorpions – X10 ea.
- Inchworm to Push-Up – X10

The Workout
Run straight through this circuit from A1 to A6 with no rest, then rest for a minute between rounds.
Hit four rounds and your muscles will be screaming for help.
- A1: 2 KB Squat + Turn
- A2: 2 DB RDL
- A3: Bench Press
- A4: One-Arm Med Ball Push-Ups
- A5: Pull-Ups
- A6: Bent Over Row
Perform 10 reps of each exercise. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Go for 4 Rounds.
