The workouts Tebow prefers are more reminiscent of a tight end or other big skill player's training regimen. Tebow pushes sleds,  swings sledgehammers and flips tires to enhance his strength and conditioning.

Kurt Hester, the newly appointed director of strength and conditioning at Louisiana Tech University who trained Tebow since he first entered the NFL, says, "He loves to train hard. The harder the workout is, the more it elevates him through the workout."
