Announcing the TPEA 2013 National Conference

The Performance Education Association will be holding its first annual National Conference in 2013, bringing together leading experts in the fitness field.

The Performance Education Association (TPEA) will host its first National Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, Jan. 25-26, 2013. The event will bring together experts in the fields of strength and conditioning, general fitness, tactical conditioning and nutrition, as well as leading companies offering products and services to athletes.

One of the newer organizations in the performance industry, TPEA strives to bring a practical approach to education. Their motto, "Education Through Application," shows their commitment to delivering information that can immediately be put to use in training programs.

The conference will feature interactive presentations and hands-on experiences for attendees. Among the prominent experts who will be leading seminars, chalk talks and roundtable discussions are Martin Rooney, Scott Moody, Mark Kovacs and Duane Carlisle.

The conference will include an exhibit area and hands-on demonstrations, where attendees can learn about the latest training and performance gear and equipment and consider whether and how it can help their athlete clients. Companies in attendance will include TRX, Perform Better, Power Systems and STACK Media

The conference will be held at the Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel. For more information on speakers, topics, rates and other aspects of the conference, go to Catch the early bird special before Nov. 11. Hope to see you there!
