Former NFL and University of Oregon quarterback, 31-year old Dennis Dixon, has been a free agent since fall of 2014, but his fitness game makes us wonder why. Judging by his Instagram feed, Dixon’s drive and readiness are full-speed ahead.
Lately Dixon has been posting videos of himself performing highly advanced variations of the Plank, all requiring incredible core strength, balance, coordination, and, quite frankly, total body strength. In addition to exemplary core strength, Dixon is also showing off strength in his grip and shoulders.
