Twisted Metal Preview, February Release Date
Playing video games that are released during the winter months is usually about as exciting as watching snow melt. But Twisted Metal is a title we’ve kept our eyes on, while nurturing memories of playing the original on PlayStation.
The trailer below reveals how the series picks up where it left off. Ridiculous cars + ridiculous explosions = a ridiculously good time with your friends and teammates. Once you level your opponent with a crushing defeat, you’ll have bragging rights for weeks. And we mean “crushing” in the most literal sense, based on the gameplay of Twisted Metal.
Originally planning an October release, video game developer Eat Sleep Play will now bring the new edition of their destructive classic to market on Feb. 14. Those who pick up an early copy will be treated to a free download of PS2’s Twisted Metal Black.
