Mixed martial arts is as much about precision as it is power. It doesn’t matter how hard or fast you’re throwing strikes if they’re not actually hitting the mark.

The challenge is to unscrew a bottle cap with a spinning back kick without actually contacting the bottle itself. Here’s Holloway’s attempt:
Pretty nuts, right? Holloway could pretty much pick what tooth he’d like to knock out of your head, and then actually do it. Search #BottleTagChallenge on social media and you’ll find a bunch of videos of other people attempting the same feat—though few can match the sharpness Holloway displays.
Holloway is set to take on Frankie Edgar on July 27th in the main event of UFC 240.
