College football season is coming, and teams all over the country are putting in hard work to gear up for a hard-hitting 2015 campaign. A team quite familiar with success is Auburn University.
What makes this team so good? It’s the hard work the Tigers put in during the off-season. Ryan Russell, Auburn’s strength and conditioning coach, showed the football world what a summer workout should look like in the video posted below.

Using new technology, including machines that measure players’ power, explosion and speed, and a lighting system that captures reaction time to simulate game-time quickness, the Tigers are working hard to make it to the BCS championship this year.
