Bryce Harper can do a lot of things other pro baseball players cannot. Last season, he hit 42 home runs and drove in 99 runs while maintaining a .330 batting average. His WAR, or wins above replacement, was 9.93, tops in the majors. He is unquestionably one of the top five players in the game today. He might be top five in the gym as well.
The Washington Nationals star posted the above video to his Instagram, in which he shows off some awe-inspiring balancing skills by doing a series of Bodyweight Squats on an exercise ball without teetering to either side. It’s almost Zen-like the way Harper controls his body with such ease.
Another reason to fear Harper even more in 2016.
