WATCH: Drake and Jimmy Fallon Compete in ‘Faceketball’ Dunk Contest On ‘The Tonight Show’
Toronto-born rapper Drake is one of the NBA’s most famous celebrity fans. He frequently attends Raptors games, cheering on his home team from courtside seats.
Now the rapper is showing off his own basketball skills. On Thursday night’s episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Drake competed against Fallon in a “Faceketball” dunk contest, a game that involves two people wearing basketball hoops on their heads.
Fallon went first, and like NBA dunk contest participants, he chose to start with something light: a simple one-handed tomahawk dunk.
Drake had to come back with a dunk to wow the crowd. For his first dunk, the rapper threw an alley-oop pass to himself and took down the hoop from Fallon’s head.
After that, it was all downhill for Fallon when Drake did a 360 jam to cap his performance. Fallon is a solid late talk show host, but in this dunk contest he caught some good views of Drake’s dunking skills.
