In these recent videos, you can see Lockley getting in a ridiculous workout by pushing and pulling a standard-sized yellow school bus:

We've seen athletes push big vehicles before, but never anything of this magnitude. That yell0w beast looks like a "Type C" school bus, which has a GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) of roughly 30,000 pounds!

Lockley played one season with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2011, before spending a couple of seasons with the CFL's Montreal Alouettes. Nowadays, he works as a personal trainer. His Instagram account is filled with crazy athletic feats, such as this 700-pound Box Squat:
