The Toronto Raptors lost Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals to the Miami Heat in an overtime thriller. Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry threw up a prayer at the buzzer, nailing the half-court shot to force overtime, but other than that, he had a poor game.
Lowry has been shooting a career playoff low 30 percent from the field and 16 percent from the 3-point line—a far cry from his regular-season average of 42 percent from the field and 38 percent from long range.
Addressing this issue, Lowry was in the gym, by himself, shooting late into the night after the loss. "I'm trying to get my touch back. I don't know where it's at," Lowry told ESPN. Hopefully for the Raptors' sake, Lowry can fix his broken jumper.
