One of the many perks that come with being one of LeBron James's children is the freedom to hang out on the court at Quicken Loans Arena while you wait for your pops to finish getting dressed. On a night when the King and his court soundly defeated his former team and when LeBron passed Elvin Hayes for 9th place on the NBA's all-time scoring list, LeBron Jr. did something almost (key word: almost) as impressive.
After spinning the ball on his fingertip like a member of the Harlem Globetrotters, the young man they call Bronny drilled a halfcourt shot on what appeared be his first try, The nothing-but-net splash, launched from the Cavs oversized "C" logo at halfcourt, would be impressive for a grown man, but it was even more remarkable from an 11-year-old. After swishing the shot, Bronny casually strolled off the court and gave his mom a high five.
We've shown you many examples of how frighteningly good LeBron James Jr. is at basketball at such a young age. Well, he's getting taller by the day, and his skillset appears to be growing along with his height.
