When a team receives new uniforms, it’s an exciting day. They get to throw away their old rags and put on shiny new upgraded gear. The Cleveland Browns helped make this a reality for the North Ridgeville High School (Ohio) football team by donating $25,000 for new helmets. But the real treat was who was there to surprise the prep athletes.

Browns offensive lineman Cam Erving went to North Ridgeville to present the check and unveil the new uniforms. When he pulled back the curtain to reveal the uniformed mannequin, the young players were enthusiastic; but when the “mannequin” took off his helmet and identified himself as the Browns’ newly acquired quarterback Robert Griffin III, the guys lost it.
The Heisman Trophy winner hasn’t yet played a single game for the Browns, but he’s already impacting the community. Way to go, Robert!
Of course, after all the craziness, the two Browns and some high schoolers did the Running Man Challenge together.
