The over-the-shoulder catch is a lot harder than it looks. You have to look back while running forward and keep an eye on the ball so it can land in your hands. Pros like Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins make it look easy, but they have to practice a lot, even if it makes them look foolish.
That's exactly what the second-year WR does in this drill. Known for his good hands and his blazing speed, Watkins practices so he can beat defenders down the sideline and haul in those perfect passes over his shoulder.
