Brandon Belt is one strong dude.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound first baseman led the San Francisco Giants in extra base hits last season with 61. The scary part is that he’s getting even stronger. This off-season, Belt’s been training at APEC Forth Worth. Things seem to be going well, considering the fact that he recently performed a Sled Push with 15 freaking 45-pound plates:
That’s 675 pounds without considering the base weight of the sled. No wonder the guy can clobber 475-foot home runs.
Belt decided to have some fun with his amazing feat of strength by calling out his teammate Hunter Pence:
Pence responded with a video of himself performing a challenging Pilates workout (set to Lil Yachty, of course):
If the two Giants keep pushing each other like this in the off-season, they could have one heck of a 2017.
