Strongman Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson, best known as the “The Mountain” on the HBO series Game of Thrones, is one of the strongest men on the planet. The 6-foot-9, 400-pound beast is a 6-time Strongest Man champion in Iceland and a 2-time Strongest Man champion in Europe.

In the video, Björnsson loses his mind to get ready for the lift. He kicks a barbell around and lets loose monstrous screams. After completing the lift, he continues to yell and chest bump his hype man, who did a great job of motivating him.

The thought of getting the log from the floor to over your head is easy to understand, but the log is very heavy and very awkward to grip and lift.
