Björnsson, who has won Europe’s Strongest Man competition twice, has been posting his training to Instagram, showing why he is one of the favorites to win this year’s WSM. In the first video, he pulls a dump truck with 10 people on top of it. This will help him succeed in the Vehicle Pull contest.

Because of his pure strength, it doesn’t seem like a traditional Clean; he makes it look more like a Reverse Curl and Press. The Mountain executes 3 sets of 2 reps very easily.

As a warm-up to his crazy Truck Pull, Thor performs Squats. Before he finishes the set with an incredible 3 reps of 672 pounds, he practices his squat technique with just the bar. Thor knows it’s not just about the amount of weight he can lift, but also about technique. At the end of the day, good technique will help him squat more weight.
