When Civil War rolls into theaters in the spring, and it’s once again up to Captain America to save the day, some of the disagreements that first arose in Avengers 2 will resurface, and not everyone on the superhero team will support Cap.

Compounded by the Battle of New York and Ultron’s plot for world domination, plus an incident involving Scarlet Witch, the government attempts to enforce a Superhuman Registration Act—an initiative to log all superhumans and attempt to regulate their activity. However, although Tony Stark supports the effort, Cap feels it goes too far and could have a negative impact. Their squabble splits the Avengers; and based on promotional art tweeted by actor Jeremy Renner, it’s surprising who ends up on Cap’s side and who doesn’t.

On the surface, it looks like Steve Rogers drew the short stick. His team consists of Hawkeye, Falcon, The Winter Soldier, Ant-Man and Agent Sharon Carter. Joining Iron Man in support of the Act are War Machine, Black Panther, The Vision and Black Widow.

Besides himself and Bucky Barnes, who was his enemy not long ago, no one else on Rogers’ team really stands out. Falcon hasn’t proven very effective in past films, Ant-Man provides more comic relief than anything else, and Hawkeye knows he’s not evenly matched with any of the others.

On the other hand, the only thing better than having Iron Man on your side is having two Iron Men—or at least Stark’s military-trained friend wearing an Iron Man suit. We haven’t yet see the limits of The Vision’s powers; Black Panther’s intellect, power and resources rival Stark’s; and though she lacks true superpowers, Black Widow is good for at least one or two jaw-dropping action shots.

Surely, Captain America won’t lose in his own movie series, right? Civil War will hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
