Why 'The Rock' Works Out With a Toilet in His Squat Rack

Why does he need that in his gym?

The Rock

WWE legend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a workout animal. The 6-foot-5, 260-pound beast is always in the gym. Check out his Instagram. It's filled with The Rock's huge muscles and workouts. But in his latest workout post, something strange appears.

It's not the quantity of sweat drenching his shirt or his massive biceps. It's the oddly placed toilet in the background by the squat rack.

"Yup, there's a toilet in the squat rack.
We got after it hardcore this week at my good bud @gunnarfitness' spot in LA. Intense chest, tri's and neck training.
Gunnar keeps a toilet (non-functioning) in the rack which [is] a whole other level of psychological bad assery.
My old man used to kick my ass so hard in the gym when I was a kid, he'd say, "if you're gonna throw up go outside, and if you're gonna cry then go home to your mother." If only we had this brilliant toilet in the gym idea when I was a kid, I'd would've never had to go outside.

So not only does it work as a motivator, it's also functional in case The Rock needs to vomit mid-workout. It's not hard to believe that The Rock's workouts are so extreme he may have to.
