Alex Adragna is an NSCA-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist at the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, NJ. He works with youth to college-level athletes, focusing on improving their speed, agility and strength for all sports. He has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Montclair State University.
