Allison Skufca

Allison Skufca is a sports performance specialist at Steadman Hawkins Sports Performance (Denver, Colo.), where she develops training programs for athletes in all sports to improve their strength, power, speed, agility and conditioning. She has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Northern Colorado; and she's certified as a personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist through NASM and as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.
