Ben Torres

Ben Torres is an athletic trainer at Compete Sports Performance & Rehab (Lake Forest, Calif.), where he provides sports rehabilitation services to youth, college and professional athletes. He is also a co-founder and contributing writer to 90strong.com, a training and injury prevention resource for soccer players. Previously, he served as the head athletic trainer for All-American Heavyweights, a professional boxing academy that trained professional boxers such as Evander Holyfield and Olympian Dominic Breazeale. Torres is a board-certified athletic trainer (ATC) and a Titleist-certified golf fitness instructor (TPI-CGFI). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, Sports Science from the University of La Verne.
